Above & Beyond Membership

I, _________________________________________, for membership fee paid in hand, do hereby apply for membership in Above and Beyond Shop, a private membership organization. With the signing of this membership agreement I accept the offer made to become a member of Above and Beyond Shop and have read and agree with the following Declaration of Purpose from Article II of Above and Beyond Shop’s Articles of Association. 

1. This Association of members hereby declares that our main objective is to maintain and improve the civil rights, constitutional guarantees, and political freedom of every member and citizen of the United States of America. 
2. We believe that Article I Section 10 Clause 1, The First Amendment, Fourth Amendment, Fifth Amendment, Tenth Amendment, and the Fourteenth Amendment of the Constitution of the United States of America guarantees our members the rights of free speech, petition, assembly, right to privately contract, and the right to gather together for the lawful purpose of advising and helping one another in asserting our rights under the United States Constitution, federal and state constitutions as well as statutes. We strive to maintain and improve the civil rights, constitutional guarantees, freedom of choice, personal and political freedom of every member of this Association in all aspects of God given life. 

IT IS HEREBY Declared that we are exercising our rights as guaranteed by Article I Section 10 Clause 1, The First Amendment, Fourth Amendment, Fifth Amendment, Tenth Amendment, and the Fourteenth Amendment of the U.S. Constitution and equivalent provisions of the various state constitutions. This means that activities of the Private Membership Association are restricted to and adhere only to the private domain. 

1. We declare the basic right of all of our members to carefully choose and select the member most suitable as a spokesperson from our Association who we deem experienced, knowledgeable and shows good judgment to educate and give information concerning the Private Membership Association and Assistance with the Private Membership Association and to select from our Association those members who are the most skilled to assist and facilitate the actual performance and delivery of member-directed assistance. 
2. We proclaim the freedom to choose and obtain for ourselves the types of handcrafted goods, botanical preparations, wellness products, and educational resources that we believe best for supporting the health, home, and family life of our members. We further proclaim the freedom to gather together for the purposes of education, community, and the exercise of our God-given and constitutional rights. We proclaim and reserve the right to include goods, methods, and practices that include, but are not limited to, traditional, faith-based, and low-tox approaches to wellness, homemaking, nutrition, and generational stewardship, whether practiced or recognized by any individual or community worldwide.   
3. Specifically, the purpose of this Association is to provide members with access to member-directed handcrafted goods, wellness resources, and community support. Members direct their own participation in all association activities. Fellow members assist and facilitate member-directed activities within the private domain of the Association. The Association emphasizes each member’s liberty and freedom to choose the goods, resources, and educational materials that best support their family’s health, home, and faith-centered life. More specifically, the Association specializes in: 

Elderberry and Botanical Wellness Products, Fresh-pressed elderberry wellness products, including elderberry syrup, elderberry concentrates, elderberry tinctures, elderberry extracts, elderflower preparations, seasonal wellness blends, and related botanical products. 

Herbal and Apothecary Preparations, Herbal and botanical preparations such as tinctures, teas, infused products, salves, oils, and apothecary-style wellness goods prepared using traditional and small-batch methods. 

Handcrafted Home and Lifestyle Products, Handcrafted home and lifestyle products including beeswax candles, candle holders, apothecary goods, natural home items, kitchen and homemaking goods, and low-tox household products. 

Educational Resources and Member Communications, Educational resources and member communications related to wellness, traditional foods, low-tox living, homemaking, nutrition, gardening, food preparation, natural lifestyle practices, and faith-based stewardship principles. 

Curated Affiliate and Recommended Products, Access to curated affiliate and recommended products from trusted third-party companies across categories such as wellness, supplements, home goods, personal care, air and water quality, kitchen tools, fitness, clothing, and low-tox lifestyle products. Community Support and Member Benefits, Community support, member-exclusive offerings, educational content, recipes, guides, digital resources, workshops, and other private membership benefits intended to support healthy living and informed consumer choices.

1. I can either accept or decline any and all Consultation, Education, Services, Products, and Accommodations. Any and all recommendations or provisions by Lisa Tuset or Above and Beyond Shop are fully my responsibility. 
2. The Association will recognize any person (irrespective of race, color, or religion) who is in agreement with these principles and policies as a member and will provide a medium through which its individual members may associate for actuating and bringing to realization and fruition the purposes heretofore declared. 
3. The Association may provide educational resources, publications, classes, workshops, conferences, retreats, seminars, webinars, podcasts, books, journals, devotionals, newsletters, videos, online courses, printable resources, and other media to members relating to biblical stewardship, wellness, nutrition, homemaking, marriage, parenting, homeschooling, children’s education, agriculture, regenerative farming, entrepreneurship, hospitality, gardening, food preservation, financial stewardship, and personal development. 
4. The Association may organize, host, sponsor, or participate in educational events and speaking engagements for its members, including conferences, wellness events, church teaching series, Bible studies, small-group instruction, retreats, workshops, farm tours, harvest gatherings, and other member educational activities. Any such activity open to the general public is conducted independently and is not an activity of the Association. 
5. The Association may sell products in bulk or wholesale quantities to members for their own use or for use in their independently owned and operated businesses. Members who purchase products through the Association do so as individual members exercising their own judgment, and any subsequent resale, food service, display, gifting, or other use of those products by a member in the member’s own business is the member’s sole responsibility and is not an activity of the Association. 
6. The Association may enter into private-label or licensing arrangements with members for products bearing the member’s own brand or business name, for use in the member’s independently owned and operated business. Such arrangements are limited to the Association’s sale of product to the member; the member’s use, marketing, and sale of that product to the public is conducted independently by the member and is not conducted by or on behalf of the Association. 
7. The Association may cultivate, harvest, process, manufacture, package, and provide to members agricultural and botanical products including seeds, nursery stock, herbs, flowers, produce, honey, maple products, mushrooms, elderberries, elderflowers, and other farm-grown or naturally derived products. 
8. The Association may develop and provide to members any botanical, nutritional, household, educational, agricultural, digital, or handcrafted products and services that the Trustee determines are consistent with the Association’s mission. 
9. The Association may engage in any lawful member-directed activity, publication, educational endeavor, agricultural pursuit, charitable activity, research initiative, or other undertaking that advances the mission of the Association and serves the interests of its members. 

MEMORANDUM AND DECLARATION OF UNDERSTANDING  

I understand that the fellow members of the Association that provide services and assistance, do so in the capacity of a fellow member and not in the capacity of any type of license, permit, or certification. I further understand that within the Association no public client, customer, tenant, or buyer relationship exists, but only a contract member-member Association relationship. In addition, I have freely chosen to change my legal status as a public client or customer to a private member of the Association. I further understand that it is entirely my own responsibility to consider the information and recommendations offered to me by my fellow members and to educate myself as to the efficacy, risks, and desirability of same, and the acceptance of the offered or recommended information, education, facilitation, documents, and assistance is my own carefully considered decision. Any request by me to a fellow member to assist me or provide me with the aforementioned information, education, facilitation, documents, and assistance is my own free decision in an exercise of my rights and made by me for my benefit, and I agree to hold the Trustee(s), staff and other worker members and the Association harmless from any unintentional liability for the results of such assistance, except for harm that results from instances of a clear and present danger of substantive evil as determined by the Association, as stated and defined by the United States Supreme Court. 

The Trustee and members have chosen Lisa Tuset as the person best qualified to perform services to members of the Association and entrust her to select other members to assist her in carrying out that service. 

In addition, I understand that since the Association is protected by Article I Section 10 Clause 1, The First Amendment, Fourth Amendment, Fifth Amendment, Tenth Amendment, and the Fourteenth Amendment of the Constitution of the United States of America, it is outside the jurisdiction and authority of Federal and State Agencies and Authorities concerning any and all complaints or grievances against the Association, any Trustee(s), members or other staff persons.  All rights of complaints or grievances will be settled by an Association Committee and will be waived by the member for the benefit of the Association and its members. Because the privacy and security of membership records maintained within the Association which have been held to be inviolate by the U.S. Supreme Court, the undersigned member waives privacy rights and complaint process.  Any information, documents, or records kept by the association will be strictly protected and only released upon written request of the member.  I agree that violation of any waivers in this membership contract will result in a no contest legal proceeding against me.  In addition, the Association does not participate in any insurance plans or collections on behalf of the member but will provide a suitable invoice for the member, if applicable. 

I agree to join the Association, a private membership association under common law, whose members seek to support each other in accessing intentionally sourced, handcrafted, and wellness-focused goods, educational resources, and community support centered around faith, wellness, low-tox living, and generational health.

I fully understand that any and all benefits I receive from the Association are my obligation to be responsible for. 

As a member, I accept Above and Beyond Shop’s Mission statement and understand that member-directed decisions regarding association activities will take place through my discussions with fellow members of the Association. 

My activities within the Association are a private matter that I refuse to share with any State or Federal regulatory agency, including but not limited to the Food and Drug Administration, the Federal Trade Commission, state departments of agriculture, state departments of health, state consumer protection agencies, or any other authority whose purpose is to regulate, license, inspect, or approve, without my expressed specific permission. 

I enter into this agreement of my own free will or on behalf of my dependent without any pressure or promise of outcome.  I affirm that I do not represent any State or Federal agency whose purpose is to regulate and approve.  I have read and understood this document, and my questions have been answered fully to my satisfaction.  I understand that I can withdraw from this agreement and terminate my membership in this association at any time.  These pages and Article II of the articles of association of the Association consist of the entire agreement for my membership in the Association and they supersede any previous agreement. 

I understand and agree that the non-refundable Lifetime membership fee is for lifetime membership in Above and Beyond Shop.  A lifetime is defined as the lifetime of the “Association”. 

I understand that the membership fee entitles me to receive those benefits declared by the Trustee to be “general benefits” free of further charge.  I agree to pay as levied those benefits that I receive that are declared by the Trustees to be “special assessments”, per Fee Schedule. 

I enclose $10.00 as consideration for my one-time lifetime membership contract, said term beginning with the date of the signing of this contract, and by these presents do hereby certify, attest and warrant that I have carefully read the above and foregoing Above and Beyond Shop’s Private Contractual Application for Membership and I fully understand and agree with same. I also agree this fee is non refundable under any circumstance.
