How to Use
Our elderflower tincture can be taken under the tongue, added to water or tea, or used topically in small amounts.
Suggested serving:
- Ages 1–5: ½ dropper daily
- Ages 5–12: 1 dropper daily
- Ages 12 and adults: 1–2 droppers daily
Not recommended for children under 1 due to honey content.

Storage
