These cookies are lovingly handcrafted using the finest ingredients. They are 100% organic and made with freshly milled flour from Janie's Mill. Everything is seed oil, artificial dye, and artificial flavor free. All of the colors are created using natural ingredients such as beets, dragon fruit, turmeric, blue and green spirulina, cocoa, and charcoal. While the royal icing on most custom cookies is made with corn syrup, I use raw local honey. I also use plenty of Redmond's real salt, a blend of organic vanillas, and brown sugar for depth of flavor.
